Hot-meltadhesivebrú-íogair resin is an important performance index of hot-melt brú-íogair adhesive, and its performance mainly depends on its molecular weight and molecular structure.
For example,
rosin pentaerythritol esters and rosin glycerides are good tackifiers for hot
melt brú-íogair adhesives. SBS uses rosin pentaerythritol esters to
prepare brú-íogair adhesives with high transparency, no turbidity in
the cross section, and good colloidal elasticity. SBS has good compatibility
and can obtain a suitable elastic modulus. But the peel strength obtained by
rosin glyceride is lower, and the color of the colloid gum rosin glyceride will
deepen about 2 color numbers. However, using rosin pentaerythritol ester as a
low-softening point hot-melt brú-íogair adhesive, the transparency is
still better, and the elasticity is better;
Used as a
hot-melt brú-íogair adhesive with a softening point higher than 115°C,
the transparency becomes poorer and the colloidal elasticity becomes weaker. As
the softening point increases, the relative molecular weight of the tackifying
resin increases, and the space structure of the resin becomes more complex.
Poor compatibility performance
